Castle in Bracciano (Rome) founded 1470, also known as the Castle Orsini-Odescalchi, the building of the fifteenth century is composed of three outside wall; pentagonal, has five towers, one for each vertex of the outer fortifications.
The castle was built by the Montone (arms of the family), then was passed to the militant wing of the Orsini troops, at the request of Pope Martin V (1418). Now it is owned by the Odescalchi family, who own the Orsini who took the lordship of Bracciano in the late seventeenth century.
